NOTE: The anchors included are for concrete/masonry walls, if you are mounting to drywall/wood (rafters, shelf, etc) then you will have to supply your own hardware. Concrete sleeve anchors can be installed in easy steps. Sleeve anchors can be used in concrete, brick, and block base material, and are best suited for light to heavy-duty fastening. Sleeve anchors are available in four head styles - hex, flat, acorn, and round - and are available in both zinc-plated and stainless steel, making them a good choice for many construction applications.
Installation steps:
1. Tape the template on the ceiling
2. Using a hammer drill and carbide-tipped drill bit, drill a hole the same diameter as the anchor diameter, and at least 1/2" to 1” deeper than the expected embedment.
3. Clean out the hole of all debris.
4. Place the sleeve anchors into the hole and tap until the washer lines up against the fixture(the top of the sleeve)
5. Take down the washer and nut, install the bracket through the fixture, tighten the nut finger tight until snug then take a wrench and fix it.
